Exchange rates on our website are for Harare, Bulawayo and Gweru. Phone our offices to get a quote on exchange rates for other towns where we offer a next day service in Zimbabwe.
Minimum transaction (payment) per recipient is £20.
We charge £2 per transaction and for refunds we charge £5.
You must get your proof of deposit and payment instructions us by Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.00pm. Saturdays, Sundays & UK Public Holidays-Closed. Those that arrive after cut-off time will be processed the following business day.
We are registered as a Money Service Business with HM Customs and Excise in the United Kingdom. As a result of recent laws ratified by the UK parliament and which came into effect on 15th December 2007, our company is now obliged to take and verify customer ID from any client who uses our service.
For proof of identity we need any of the following documents
- Certified copy of your passport (page with your picture and name).
- Certified copy of Zimbabwean national ID.
- Certified copy of UK driver's licence.
For proof of address we need any one of the following documents Utility bill (not more than three months old) in your name i.e.
- Gas
- Water
- Electricity
- Council Tax Bill
- Telephone bill (landline) not mobile
- 1st page of your bank statement with your name and address
You must also have these copies independently certified (this means certified by someone of authority) i.e. by a UK lawyer, accountant, postmaster/sub post-master, banker, teacher, priest, doctor, health visitor, senior nurse, your employer or person of similar status with the words 'this is a true Certified Copy' with the certifier's signature, name and address and official stamp (if they have one).
